Farmhouse table dating from the end of the 19th century

A remarkable and authentic late 19th century farmhouse table, the table has been fully restored in our workshop, the table came to us in a very poor condition, covered in paint and a hole in the top from a fixed vice! But after careful and sympathetic repairs we now have a super original table that has character and charm in abundance. The colour is superb and the patina we have discovered is simply phenomenal. It is a very rustic looking table but it also has an elegance, the exquisite turned legs in a hardwood, possibly oak, give the table a timeless beauty. The frame and top are made from pine. The frame is waxed, the top can be waxed or oiled with a matt stain resistant oil, whichever you prefer, the table has been treated twice against wood insects as a precaution the table is now in very good condition and the problems we had to solve are a distant memory. The classic dimensions and the middle drawer really say "farmhouse table" and then the great color and aged patina, a very, very special table that is becoming harder and harder to find!
