CHAN, Chartres Cathedral 20th century framing

A charcoal drawing depicting the cathedral of chartes signed georges chan lower left framed with gilded coaster period: 20th century, dated 1972 dimensions: framed 45.5 X 33.5 cm, at sight 27.5 X 17 cm good condition ref adequantik 2310299 georges chan, contemporary artist. Training at polytechnique and career in maritime engineering then on the plm and sncf railways. General delegate of the ax from 1958 to 1973, georges chan retired to chartres in the 1970s and then devoted himself to painting. He is also the author of the work “impressionist painters and the railway”.
