Large handmade Oriental carpet from Romania — Flora model with panels —

Large handwoven Oriental rug made in Romania (invoice available), model Flora. It features the famous Persian decor in Bakhtiar style known as "in gardens" (Khesti), composed of a mosaic of panels housing floral and botanical motifs. Its very large size (4.00 m × 2.55 m, over 10 m²) and warm colour palette (brick, ochre, blue, and cream tones) add a true character to large spaces. Manufacture: Romania, hand-knotted, 100% dense and very durable wool. General condition: Good used condition. Velvet well preserved, even, and very clean. Fringes & borders: Short/reduced fringes due to use (visible in the photos), but the border is solid and the knotting is perfectly maintained. Original document/invoice.
