Rare and superb set of 7 cave rat candle holders, hand-forged in wrought iron with wooden elements, Normandy, France, 18th century. Handmade, it features a traditional spiral rod mechanism designed to adjust the height of the candle. These pieces stand out for their beautiful original patina, which attests to their age and authenticity. Natural wear and minor irregularities enhance their unique charm. The two candlesticks are complete and remain in very good condition.
