Solid oak curtain cabinet, circa 1930

This important notary's cabinet, also known as a curtain filing cabinet, has a very beautiful overall finish and a very beautiful vintage state of conservation, without any major defects. Note a restoration on the bottom of the cabinet, at the bottom right, a hole in the wood has been filled. Dating from the 1930s, it is in the art deco spirit. The bottom lock has been changed in order to be able to open and close the bottom curtain, while the top curtain no longer has its lock, which is not a problem because it is not necessary. The cabinet is therefore perfectly functional. We added a shelf on the lower part which was missing. Dimensions: h223 X l124 X p41 cm.
