Two ceramic cockroaches by Lili Valentin Vallauris 1950

Both cockroaches are in good condition. The enamel is beautiful, milky, clear, and is not worn out. Note a tiny leap of enamel at the base of one of the two, visible in the photos. They are at the hand of lilette valentin, who was the wife of gilbert valentin, with whom she had created in vallauris the workshop "the archangels" well known to lovers of pretty ceramics of the thirty glorious!
