Vintage Space Age pendant in white Steel and Chrome , 1970's Italian

Offered for sale is a stunning and original pendant lamp from the Space Age era, made in steel and chrome and highly decorative in its simple yet avant-garde lines. A thin, minimal metal rod holds 4 lampshades in bent metal, painted cream white. The 4 white shades are the perfect frame to keep internally a second bended round foil of choked metal that has a light bulb in the center part of each piece. The lamp, most likely manufactured in Italy during the second half of the 1960s, is anonymous: no labels or attribution marks are present, nor does the style remind of well-known creators like Goffredo Reggiani and Ronconi. This, however, doesn't make it in any way less special or charming. Dimensions: Diameter 36 cm, Height 40 cm.
