Vintage french wooden chopping board

Very rare vintage french wooden cutting board, shaped like a pendulum. Talking to an antique dealer, he told me that it would probably be an exercise for a carpentry apprentice to show his skills to the master. Whether it is true or not, the reality is that it is wonderful. Both the carving of the handle and the joint between the handle and the table itself are an authentic sample of the craftsman's skill and good taste. You can see that it has been used, I cannot even imagine the amount of delicious french meals have been prepared with this board.
