Very pretty pair of art nouveau period sconces. Made in bronze by the parisian house charles ranc founded in 1909 by the ardèche resident charles eugène frédéric ranc at 64 rue de la folie méricourt. The ranc house is distinguished by the quality of its bronzes and the fine chiseling work. A beautiful production of lighting fixtures that will continue with his sons, after the death of its founder. The charles ranc house then becomes ranc frères. The address of the house was transferred in 1930 to 97 rue oberkampf in paris. The stamp is affixed to the back of the sconces (see penultimate photo). Gilding in very good condition with a beautiful shine. The wall part is decorated with a swan with outstretched wings and reeds. Supplied with translucent tulips, made of glass paste, recently made; perfect condition despite a small manufacturing defect on a petal (see last photo). Electricity installed and tested, new wires (for e14 bulb). Careful packaging provided by colissimo recommandé to your home. Dimensions: height: 31.00 cm total depth (with tulip): 18.00 cm width of the wall base: 5.80 cm diameter of the tulips: 11.50 cm total weight: 1.35 kg(s).
