Pair of Art Deco vases in celadon glazed ceramic signed ODYV, model 483. These elegant vases feature a typical geometric faceted silhouette from the 1930s: hexagonal body, stepped shoulder, and stylised vertical decoration. Their slightly crackled celadon glaze highlights the architectural volumes and beautifully captures the light. The signature ODYV, visible under the base, corresponds to the ceramists Odette and Yvonne associated with the Berlot-Mussier factory in Vierzon, active during the Art Deco period. These decorative ceramics were intended for the modern interiors of the time. The presence of the pair and the softness of the celadon hue make it a particularly decorative and relatively uncommon set. Condition: – one vase has a crack and a mark under the base. – the second has a slight defect. See photos. These imperfections remain discreet and do not alter the overall aesthetic. Ideal for Art Deco, modernist, or contemporary decoration. Sold as a pair.
