We are delighted to offer for sale our very first range of luxury armchairs, prototypes, custom-made, Howard style, oversized, love seat/extra wide armchairs covered in Mulberry silk velvet, edition numbers 001 and 002. These armchairs are true works of art, available in four sizes, and this lot corresponds to the largest size ever produced. They are upholstered in printed Mulberry Morning Gallop velvet, capturing a painted scene of jockeys exercising their racehorses on a misty morning. Dimensions of the love seat: Height 83 cm, Width 105 cm, Depth 117 cm. Seat height: 56.5 cm. The armchair can comfortably accommodate two people. Available for collection from our warehouses in Pulborough. Excellent condition with wear consistent with age and use.
