Dish on foot

This standing dish is perfect for arranging cupcakes, muffins or cookies for tea time! It comes from a dinnerware set given for a wedding 25 years ago. It is made of earthenware, white with the edge painted silver (aged silver paint). There is a 4mm tear on the earthenware, under the top edge, on the outside (excluding silver paint). In the classic use of the dish, it is not seen but can be felt by touch.
