Dominique Mathieu ‘petalo’ dining table for Zanotta

This table is brandmarked and in general very good condition. The piano lacquer shows some spurs in the lacqeur as visible on the picture in the ad. Firm, stable rare and beautiful table. At the very end of the bauhaus period some italian designers tried to mix parts of the bauhaus style into postmodern designs. For example this table that is designed by dominique mathieu and it shows this slight bauhaus influence. Zanotta was not a huge bauhaus influencer.
