Louis XV commode in solid wood from the 19th century.

A commode known as a jump drawer with two drawers mounted on high legs. It is a piece of Louis XV style furniture from the late 19th or early 20th century. It is recognised by the curved lines of the apron, cabriole legs, and carvings of shells and foliage. The piece is made of solid wood, probably fruitwood for the visible parts, with drawer interiors and a back panel made of softwood (fir), which is typical of regional craftsmanship or fine common joinery. A curative treatment with xylophene has been applied due to visible signs of wood-boring insects. It remains in good condition with a beautiful patina. Width 106 cm, depth 45 cm, height 80 cm.
