Stainless steel Testut scale

Stainless steel scale testut of gray color. Graduation by 5g with minimum range of 100g and maximum range of 15kgs. I have not identified the model of this scale and the origin of the coat of arms on these scales still remains, for me, a mystery. The phrase "crescet adhuc" (latin) means "to grow again". Note some traces of use. Very nice object, complete, in perfect working order (being cleaned). This scale was still in "operation" at the end of the 90s.
