ODA floor lamp "Pulpo" large size by Sebastian Herckner

The oda big floor lamp with a black structure is a creation of sebastian herkner for the pulpo brand. It is probably the model of the oda collection that best materializes the designer's desire: to create a reservoir of light in the manner of a water balloon. Indeed, sebastian herkner was inspired by the series of photographs by bernd and hilla becher dedicated to water tower. The oda big floor lamp with a black structure takes up the forms and principle of these constructions. This luminaire features a large hand-blown glass balloon. To reinforce the colors of smoked glass, it has a steel base covered with black powder, which contrasts perfectly with the bulb. The whole being made by craftsmen, each model is unique with some slight variations, including bubbles and streaks. The oda big floor lamp with a black structure is 140 cm high and 45 cm in diameter.
