Large Colorful Stained-Glass Medallion

A fantastic, large stained-glass window in a classic style, featuring a central medallion or image depicting a 17th-century scene: card players fighting in a tavern—one player is bashing another over the head while a third draws a knife, and players in the background look on in alarm. This piece dates back to the early 20th century. A highly colorful stained-glass artwork crafted from various pieces and shapes of colored glass, the entire piece bears a beautiful patina of age. It looks its absolute best when placed in front of a window or where light can shine through it. The window is in good vintage condition, showing signs of age and use consistent with its vintage—such as oxidation on the surrounding metal frame—but there are no cracks or breaks; all glass pieces are intact, which is remarkable.
