Very beautiful ewer, decanter from the early 20th century. The body is made of smooth glass while the foot, handle and spout are made of tin, a very rare element and one of the oldest known at least since ancient times. The cove is graceful with a vegetal motif, as an inspiration of the louis 15 style. On the back of the spout, at the level of the handle, is engraved a hallmark "jg" overhung by a crown.
