1980s “Olly Tango” Chair by Philippe Starck for Driade Aleph, Italy

A lovely stacking chair, model “olly tango”, designed by philippe starck and manufactured by driade aleph in italy around 1980. These chairs have beautiful chrome plated tubular metal frames in a nice curved design. The plywooden seat and back have a light brown colour which contrasts nicely to the clean material of the frame. They have a relatively tall backrest and are finished with a subtle curve, all adding to the luxurious appeal of the piece and a maximum seating comfort. A wonderful find of mid-century design! They are marked underneath the frame, as shown in photos. Sold individually, the price is per piece. Please check the stock info above!
