Raku ceramic presentation dish with abstract decoration, 31 cm

Elegant raku ceramic serving platter, 31 cm in diameter. Crafted using the Japanese raku technique, it features an abstract design formed by fine crackles and subtle shades ranging from pinkish white to bluish gray. Delicate sinuous lines and small dark punctuation marks enliven the glazed surface, while the irregular raw clay rim emphasizes its handcrafted character. The reverse of the platter, also glazed, reveals typical raku firing marks, with a beautiful patina. This contemporary, unsigned piece is in very good overall condition. Some slight natural imperfections are visible in the glaze. This platter is not intended for direct food use but makes a beautiful decorative object or presentation medium (dried fruit, natural items, candles, etc.).
