Walking step ladder stool

This stool, very practical because it also acts as a stepladder by unfolding the two small integrated steps, is a perfect example of the furniture of the 60s and 70s, with its chromed metal structure, its seat in formica imitation wood. It is in good structural condition, solid and stable but does not hide its age: the chrome is a little stitched in places, some marks on the brown belt around the seat. In addition, it lacked a black rubber pad on one of the legs of the stairs, so that by folding, the foot damaged the formica below (see last photo) and slightly the plastic belt: so I put on the one hand, a rubber pad (not quite identical to the original ones), and on the other hand I passed a little wood glue on the visible agglomerated wood to prevent it from crumbling. This stool is 59.5 cm high, the seat is a square of 30.5 cm side, the base is a square of about 35 cm side. It weighs about 4 kg.
