Antique Longchamp service shallow dish with polychrome daisies, ironstone, 19th century.

Antique round service shallow dish in Terre de Fer from the Longchamp pottery, "Daisies" polychrome model, very rare, late 19th to early 20th century, circa 1890-1910. Magnificent romantic Art Nouveau decor, bucolic, featuring daisies, foliage, grasses, and scrolls in dark pink transfer, delicately enhanced by hand with shades of fuchsia pink, mauve, nuanced green, yellow, and brown. The rim is slightly scalloped. 30cm in diameter, 4.9cm in height. Very good overall condition for its age, with some small interior cutlery scratches and slight natural surface crazing in places, discreet. Approximately 800g.
