Set of 6 vintage Alsace wine glasses - Vines & Roses

Very beautiful set of 6 antique stemmed glasses, in the style of Roemer or Alsace wine glasses, made of blown crystal clear glass. This collector's model dates from the 1960s-1970s, originating from Central Europe (technical marking 0.1l obau, from Germany or Austria). The goblet is decorated with a frieze of vine leaves and grape clusters. The foot with moulded rings is distinguished by a central band worked with raised rose motifs, a finish rarer than the classic smooth models. Ideal for vintage or retro table decoration, or for tasting white wines such as Riesling and Gewurztraminer. Very nice overall shine. Please note a small discreet chip on the rim of one glass (see detail photo), the rest of the lot is impeccable. Height 13cm Diameter 7cm.
