Price per unit (5 available). Ideal as a "flesh accent" with a single chair or for dining room use with 4 or 5 chairs together. About the chairs: This chair is an authentic and original vintage one from the 1950s, which gives the wood an exceptional patina. Typical of the designer's signature, the Shell model takes up its design fundamentals with a minimalist shape and a durable and timeless creation. Thermoformed wood for beautiful curves and minimalist assembly (glued interlocking) allowing a design without any screws. The chair consists of two large, gently curved teak shells, resting on an oak frame with angled legs. A model so timeless that it is still produced more than 70 years later (at more than €700 each in 100% oak or walnut version and with added rivets/screws which make it a little less aesthetic). Here you are buying a piece of history that has spanned ¾ of a century, in teak and walnut veneer and the original model by designer Børge Mogensen. Condition: The chairs are in superb condition for their age, with some slight marks of time (more than 70 years all the same!). Seat in very good condition as well, beautiful patina despite some marks of time. Dimensions: - Height 80 cm - Width 51 cm - Depth 48.5 cm - Seat Height 45.5 cm 📍Visible and to be picked up in Paris 8th (Liège) 📦 Delivery possible to be discussed
