Old transport crate

Very nice english box for transporting goods. The red crosses painted suggest that it probably contained medical equipment. Made of solid wood, it is robust and remains in very good condition despite its age. It has no lid. Ideal in decoration, or as a toy box, it can also make a nice coffee table once turned over as in the first two photos.
