"Muguet" lamp of the 70s with 3 swivel arms

70s chrome metal lamp, goffredo reggiani-style "muguet" type. Cast iron base of 30 cms in diameter very heavy. A chrome metal cask from which 3 swivel arms in the shape of a circle arch start. Reflectors chrome metal balls adjustable only on one sense. The electrification of the short arm is to be reviewed (the other 2 work). Classic sockets for screw bulbs (not provided). No traces of shocks but lamppost in its juice to clean (many small traces of oxidation on the chromes, ideally chrome to redo). No switch.
