Authentic and beautiful crystal whisky service from the 50s/60s, in its original box and still bearing its label on the decanter. All the pieces are made of cut crystal, including under the glasses and the decanter and the rectangular patterns with facets are inevitably reminiscent of precious stones. The glasses have a diameter of 7 cm and a height of 9 cm; the decanter is 9 X 9 X 21 cm high. This service is in very good condition and we could even have said "in perfect condition" if it were not for, just under the label of the decanter, a small snag that can be seen in one of the attached photos. For the rest, both the decanter and the lenses have no defects. The icing on the cake, the whole is in its original cardboard box coated, on the outside, with a toile de jouy style paper very fashionable at the time and, inside, with a silk-style fabric. Admittedly, this box is somewhat damaged and stained, which is understandable in view of its 60 to 70 years, but it is extremely rare to find services of this age still in their original packaging.
