Mid-century Coat Rack by Drevokov, Czechoslovakia, 1950´s

This colorful vestibule coat rack was made in the former czechoslovakia in the 1950´s and produced by dřevokov company. Material: plywood, wood, formica. It can be mounted on the wall or laid freely on the floor. It is a characteristic example of czechoslovak furniture design in connection with the so-called brussels period. This period began with the huge success of the czechoslovak pavilion at the world-famous expo in brussels in 1958. The coat rack is in original condition, shows signs of age and using(in a few places, the laminate is peeling off a little.) overall is in good vintage condition. Height: 186 cm. Width: 87 cm. Depth: 34 cm.
