Vintage Margit Kovacs 'Eva' figurine in clay, collectible Hungarian folk artist. Ceramic female

Beautiful and highly collectible figurine 'Eva' by Hungarian artist Margit Kovacs, known for her folk and biblical themed ceramics. Made in red clay with hand carved details and hand painted glaze decorations with a snake, plants and 'EVA' written on front. Artist's signature K M in script on the side. Inside stamped 'MADE IN HUNGARY' and number 135 in pencil. Excellent vintage condition with no damadge or chips. There are two hairline shrinkage cracks inside the figurine that are manufacturing defect caused by uneven drying. These cracks are superficial and stable.
