Pair of MCM Modular Chairs

This is a versatile pair of modular chairs originating from the 1970s, featuring a distinct minimalist design. The set has been thoughtfully updated with new upholstery, presenting a unique combination of two design decades. The chairs are constructed with sturdy metal frames, characteristic of their 1970s production era. Each unit measures 70 cm in height, 60 cm in width, and 58 cm in depth, with a comfortable seat height of 40 cm. They are covered in a new textile fabric featuring a multi-coloured plaid pattern in a style reminiscent of the 1980s, incorporating shades of blue, pink, orange, and grey. Presented in excellent overall condition, the chairs benefit from the recent reupholstery which gives them a fresh and clean appearance. The underlying vintage frames are well-preserved, providing a solid and durable base.
