Vintage 1950s Troughton & Young Grid Pattern Opaline Glass Pendant Lamp

A vintage pendant lamp comprising a mouth-blown white opaline glass shade of stepped cylinder form with a cream screenprinted grid decoration to the main body, and a chrome-plated cap. The lamp was made by british lighting firm, troughton & young, in the late 1950s. The lamp accepts a single b22 bayonet cap bulb, and has been rewired with a generous length of premium italian double insulated 3-core cable with a vintage-style mottled grey linen braid.
