Petronella table oil lamp, Danish mid-century model by Henning Koppel for Louis Poulsen, 1960s.

Oil lamp from the Danish manufacturer Louis Poulsen based on a design by Henning Koppel. A very classic design. The bulbous brass base also serves as the reservoir for the fuel. The diffuser is made of opal glass. The internal combustion cylinder is clearly designed and extends above the top of the glass diffuser. The wick can be adjusted using the wheel. The lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina.
