Pair of Scandinavian armchairs from the 1950s/60s with solid teak frames, upholstered seats and backrests with new light-colored fabric. Shaped armrests and tapered legs. Made of solid teak, the armchairs feature a slender structure that leaves ample space for the upholstered seats and high backrests. The shaped armrests connect the front legs to the rear uprights through soft, continuous transitions, while the open sides highlight the craftsmanship of the wood and the careful joinery. The slim sections of teak contrast with the fuller upholstered volumes, creating a balance between structural lightness and comfort. The seats and backrests have recently been restored and reupholstered in a new light-colored fabric, preserving the original shape of the upholstery. A construction representative of Scandinavian furniture from the 1950s/60s, where the quality of the woodworking remains an integral part of the form. Good condition. They may show signs of age.
