Turkish dish from Kutahya with floral and ethnic motifs

Here is a very large vintage plate from turkey. It is hand-painted by a craftsman from kütahya, a city located between izmir and the capital ankara. This dish in perfect condition (except for a lack that does not weaken the piece on its underside next to the stamp and clearly visible on the last photo) is decorated with beautiful ethnic motifs made of arabesques and stylized blooms on an intense navy blue background with here and there touches of burgundy red, turquoise blue and yellow. Due to its dimensions (indicated below), this plate can be used as a presentation dish at the table and will give a touch as ethnic as romantic to your interior decoration. It is also equipped with a hole to hang it to decorate a kitchen wall or a credenza for example. Dimensions: diameter of 32 cm / height between 3 and 3.5 cm / weight of about 1, 420 kg.
