Louis Philippe chest of drawers in solid walnut

Very old chest of drawers, made entirely of walnut, restored. Furniture in the style and period of Louis Philippe, around 1850, simple with understated curves. Top made of solid walnut, consisting of a large board in a slightly darker frame, 26 mm thick. Front corners rounded. A total of 4 drawers, all made of wood. The top drawer, with a rounded front, is smaller than the other 3, which are identical. The 3 large drawers are fitted with double brass knob handles and a functional lock, with 1 key provided. An antique piece that has been restored in the past at the back feet. Recently, this chest of drawers has been completely sanded, treated, cleaned, and varnished. New surface finish on the top, sides, and front; the clear bistro varnish provides protection against stains and knocks while preserving the natural patina of the wood and the marks of time, the history of the furniture.
