Covered soup tureen Winterling, 70s pop decor

Covered soup tureen in porcelain signed Winterling, produced in Bavaria in the 1970s. The sun motif, bursting in red, orange, and yellow, illustrates the pop/space age graphic vocabulary characteristic of that decade. A perfect piece for serving salads this summer! White porcelain with a dense feel, two side handles for easy serving, lid with a round knob and a discreet spout for pouring off cooking juices. The geometric floral pattern repeats three times around the edge of the piece. Dimensions: 30 cm in diameter × 15 cm in height (including lid) Good to know: porcelain piece, preferably hand wash to preserve the shine of the printed decoration.
