Quimper braided ceramic candle holder signed

Pretty vintage hand candle holder in glazed enameled ceramic entirely braided in green with purple nuances. Spiral bottom signed manufacture hb quimper. To be compared to the production of Georges Renaud, who collaborated with the earthenware factory between 1928 and 1965. Inspired by Vallauris, the candle holder is very much imbued with the fashion of its time. Excellent condition. Beautiful effect in a classic, rustic or contrasting interior, minimalist, brutalist design. Indicative measurements in cm: ø bottom (spiral) 8 h 6.5. Weight 170g. Sold with the candle in the photo.
