Vintage teak Danish round table in teak extension by Svend Aage Madsen for Knudsen, 1960s

Classic danish round table designed by svend aage madsen and manufactured by k. Knudsen & son, denmark in the 1960s. This modern 114 cm round table features two additional leaves, each 50 cm wide. When unfolded, it can serve as a dining table with an impressive length of 214 cm. The color of extension leaves matches nicely with the main tabletops. The round table with a diameter of 114 cm makes it suitable for smaller lounge areas. The table has been renovated and is in excellent condition. Old layers of finish have been removed and several layers of danish oil have been applied, thus the table top has a beautiful natural satin sheen and shows perfectly the grain and carpentry details.
