A large and refined extendable dining table designed by Niels Otto Møller and produced by J.L. Møller Møbelfabrik in Denmark during the 1960s. Crafted in rosewood, the table features a beautifully figured rectangular top with a rich and continuous grain pattern. Four slender, gently tapered legs give the generous proportions a light and balanced appearance. The table extends from 150 cm to an impressive 266 cm using two additional leaves of 58 cm each. One or both leaves can be added, providing flexibility for both smaller and larger dining settings. Clean lines, refined proportions and careful attention to the natural beauty of the wood are characteristic of Niels Otto Møller’s approach to Danish modern design. Marked underneath with the original J.L. Møller Møbelfabrik label and Danish Furnituremakers’ Control mark.
