Duo of chairs barrel 1950

Magnificent duo of barrel chairs in the spirit of guariche stone. These chairs have been completely restored by a decorative upholsterer using the methods used in the 50s: namely that the seat is composed of horizontal springs (replaced) and a mixture of animal horsehair and vegetable horsehair. To perfect the seat and ensure great comfort over time, a cotton wool finish is made. The fabric is a mottled gray froca of very good quality. The lacquered steel base is left 100% original and therefore has imperfections, which gives the whole a very nice patina. Will fit perfectly into a modernist decoration of the 50s, perfect for lovers of pauline stone, guariche stone and 50's design. Seat height: 49 cm. Total height: 75 cm. Depth: 51 cm. Width: 53.
