Zot Lamp by Ennio Chiggio for Lumenform (1971)

Rare desk lamp model Zot/3, designed by Ennio Chiggio, published by Lumenform in 1971. Entirely made of chrome-plated metal. Superb finishing details and reflections provided by the use of stainless steel, with a beautiful curve on the base to round off the whole. The lamp is switched on by a switch and diffuses light through two E14 bulbs enclosed in a horizontal "tube." It is possible to use shorter bulbs than those shown in the photo. Three grooves on either side of the horizontal tube help prevent the bulbs from overheating while allowing light to pass through. Excellent overall condition. Dimensions H32 X W24.5cm. Base diameter 20cm.
