Coffee table by Pierre Vandel, Paris

Pierre’s vandels furniture were really ahead of their time design wise. The frame on this piece weighs very little, the glass on the other hand is thick and very heavy. The base piece of glass is in very fine condition, the top piece which is very thick and tapered in the corners to pull in more light has a chip that is not very noticable and some light scratches. Overall in good vintage condition. The table is signed.
