High candlestick or vase in earthenware, by ceramicist André L'Helguen (1935-2017), for the Breton earthenware factory Keraluc (France). Decor of polychrome friezes in the taste of traditional Breton imagery. Same theme and colors as the candlesticks and the bottle, also available in the shop. (come back to me in case of a group purchase). Keraluc earthenware is a Quimper earthenware company, founded in 1946 and active until 1984. Its original style and the quest for modernity set it apart from traditional quimperise earthenware. It has allowed many artists to create original pieces. André L'Helguen, a renowned ceramicist, was one of these artists. Height: 31, 5 cm - Base diameter: 12 cm - Neck diameter: 6 cm - Weight: 850g. The artist's signature under the "L'Heg" base, and numbered "B.O 4" with a brush. 20th century - 1950s. Very nice, no cracks, no shrapnel. Note: 2 tiny old gins under the base, border, barely visible and invisible when the object is placed, but which I prefer to report (see photo). Sending fast and neat, in parcel followed.
