Antique coat rack with 3 double coat hooks steel & brass on molded oak plate

Old coat rack with 3 double coat hooks steel & brass on molded oak platinum 1, 285 kg is the weight of this element, which could give an idea of its robustness and reliability. The curved balls and hooks are made of solid brass and are screwed onto a black lacquered steel rod. I could have cleaned the brass and waxed the wooden plate to add value to this coat rack but all in all, it doesn't need that. It seems like it was never used, never installed. I would place it in the inter-war period or even up to the 1940s and we can even assume that it was one of those items offered in the manufrance saint-etienne mail-order catalogs. No play in the screws, no defects to report except the patina of the wood, a few stains and grains of dust, .
