Pair of polychrome carved wooden sconces from the early 20th century

Pair of large hand-carved and painted wooden sconces, in the style of 18th century venetian creations. These were made in italy in the early 20th century. They represent a nubian playing the flute under a palm tree. Very beautiful vibrant colors, gilding, with two light sources per wall light. In very good condition, some traces of time (chipped paint and a slight crack on the palm trees, barely visible and which has no impact on the solidity of the whole). Dimensions: h80, l33, d22cm.
