Worker or plant carrier

This worker or work basket, all turned wood, will find its place next to the sofa to always have your knitting in progress at hand. It will be necessary to find a nice fabric to your liking to create the bag that will fit into the basket (in a while, when I find the time precisely, I may make this bag myself, but for now it is sold without a bag). Being large, solid and stable, it can also be diverted into a plant carrier. It is all turned solid wood, covered with a dark varnish. The base is decorated with concentric rings and three small feet underneath, I added three small skates so as not to risk scratching the ground. It probably dates from the 70s or 80s and has some signs of its age: some marks and abrasions of the varnish, on the upper ring and on the platform, at the feet of the uprights that form the basket. It measures 54 cm in height, 34 cm in diameter at the level of the upper ring and the foot. It weighs about 4 kg.
