Buffet

Léo is a 2-door walnut and veneer sideboard. Fully washed, sanded, treated with an insecticide (2 coats). An anti-tannin paint undercoat was applied to the painted parts of the furniture. A beige/linen paint (2 coats) was applied. Colorless varnish was applied to the painted parts. A wax was applied to the wooden parts. The handles were domed in rose gold. The interior and drawers were covered with beige wallpaper with square patterns. Léo is very old, forgotten in a cellar for many years, it suffered from the vagaries of the weather and especially from small insects (woodworms) which left it with many scars (tiny holes). It was thoroughly treated with an insecticide. All these defects give it an irresistible, authentic and unique charm. Léo is ideal for a living room, lounge or chic country kitchen.
