White opaline globe suspension and metal structure

Old art deco suspension from the 30s/40s. Opaline globe from our french schools and administrations. Claw, riser, ring and ceiling rose in metal. The metal of the rosette and the riser is in places a little pitted (see photos). The riser system is more decorative than functional, it does not work very well.
