Bocca sofa Gufram

Gufram, bocca - mouth sofa. Commissioned from salvador dali by the british patron edward james in 1936, for his private collection, this sofa is inspired by the red lips of the american actress, hollywood icon, mae west. In 1971, this sofa was redesigned by studio 65 to pay tribute to another icon, marilyn monroe. Today, this famous sofa is reissued by gufram. This last version, where its variants, are exhibited at the victoria and albert museum in london and at the fondation louis-vuitton in paris.
