Decorative wall plate signed JCR

Pretty decorative plate in enameled ceramic then hand painted with very colorful floral patterns. On the back, it is hand signed jcr followed by at and is pierced with a hole to facilitate hanging on the wall. Perhaps of spanish origin, investigation in progress, I have not managed to find information on this signature but I will not fail to add them here if I find any. Perfect in association with other plates to decorate a wall. It is in very good condition, no defects to report. It measures 24.5 cm in diameter and 4.5 cm in height.
